The term ‘Econogy’ combines economy and ecology in one word, and shows how decisive sustainability is today for the economic success of a company.
European Zone

Catering to the growing demand in Vietnam and ASEAN for quality textile products from Europe, this zone includes the best of the continent across the fair’s three sectors: apparel fabrics & fashion, home & contract textiles, and technical textiles & technologies.
In 2025, exhibitors from France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Türkiye, and the UK took part in this new zone. In 2026, the zone will include the new Germany Pavilion.

Debuting at VIATT in 2026 is the new Fashion Accessories Zone, designed specifically for manufacturers looking to connect with high-value buyers from across the global fashion supply chain. Product categories include:

Innovation & Digital Solutions Zone

This zone is a unique opportunity for start-ups and other emerging technology companies with applications for the textile industry to display their innovations in one of the textile industry’s biggest manufacturing centres. Focuses of the zone include:
- New fibre materials: innovations in high-performance fibres (e.g. carbon fibre, aramid), bio-based and biodegradable materials (e.g. PLA, PHA), and functionalised fibres with smart, adaptive, or sustainable properties.
- Sustainability & green development: technologies to facilitate eco-friendly materials, closed-loop supply chains, and greener production processes.
